Yan Zhijun, male, born in August 1977, Chinese nationality, without overseas right of permanent residency. He holds undergraduate degree of financial management, Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CCPA), Chinese Certified Tax Agent (CCTA). From July 2000 to February 2003, he acted as the Financial Department director of Huaou Company. From March 2003 to April 2008, he acted as the Financial Department director in Inner Mongolia Nailun Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. From May 2008 to June 2009, he acted as the project manager in Inner Mongolia Hucai Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. From July 2009 to June 2012, he acted as the Financial Department manager of Gangjian New Energy Siziwang Banner Wind Energy (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Renewable Energy Investment Limited).
